How it started
I spent two decades inside law firms building training programs, mentoring associates, and supporting partners through transitions. I saw brilliant people struggle to design careers that fit their actual lives, not just their ambitions. They wanted clarity, but most advice stayed surface-level or didn't account for the real constraints they were navigating. That's when I became a certified coach. I wanted tools that could help people see the full picture and move forward with intention.

Now, I work with lawyers and executives across the country who are ready to design what's next. We don't just focus on your resume or your next role, but we connect all the dots.
