How it started
I began my career as a litigator at a large law firm and later transitioned my practice to law firm talent development, recruiting and leadership roles. I spent more than two decades working closely with attorneys at all stages of their careers.
I saw first-hand the evolving expectations of the profession and witnessed how legal careers actually unfold. I saw brilliant people struggle to design careers that fit their actual lives. They wanted clarity, but most advice stayed surface-level or didn't account for the real constraints they were navigating. That's when I became a certified coach. Coaching allows me to bring together my experience in law firms with a more focused, individualized approach, helping people see the full picture and move forward with intention.
How it’s going
Today, I work one-on-one with lawyers and executives across the country navigating growth, leadership and change in their careers. I understand how legal careers actually work in practice, and I help my clients navigate them in a way that is both ambitious and realistic. I don't just focus on your resume or your next role, but I help you connect all the dots. Your ambitions, your responsibilities, your energy, your values.
